He shows you what appears to be a good "Thank You" letter at first glance, and then he shows you the much improved version.  

Watch this video to get any last minute ideas on how to improve the "Thank You" email you're going to send out tomorrow.

Please watch this video, and then do the homework listed below the video.

Homework:

Revise your "Thank you" email to include any last minute changes you thought of while watching the video.  Then, queue your "Thank You" email to go out tomorrow morning to the donors who gave you a gift from last week's appeal.
